Greetings PHS family, today in PE we began our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hip flexor's and groin muscles. Next, we performed diamond pushups focusing on strengthening our triceps. For the abdominal exercises we performed twenty five crunches. We then went out to the baseball field and continued game play for both classes. We ended the day with our static stretching routine. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
