We had a wonderful Friday today in PE. We started our day with our
dynamic and static stretches, and then we began our muscular endurance and
abdominal exercises. We completed our one mile run/walk and then progressed
into softball/whiffle ball skill development drills. We ended our day with our
static cool down stretches. We had a great week of introduction for our
softball/whiffleball unit. I am looking forward to another great week!
