Greetings PHS family, today in PE we started practicing skills (standard 1) for our Team Sports Unit of Team Handball. We started our day with our dynamic and static stretching routine focusing on stretching our hamstring muscles. Next, we performed wide grip pushups isolating our pectorial muscles and toe touches for our abdominal strength exercise. During the Team Handball work session we practiced making chest, bounce, baseball, and overhead passess. We also played some 3 on 3 without dribbling to make students aware of spatial awareness and moving without the ball. We ended our day with static stretches. Let's have another great day tomorrow.
